Recently, 4 Paulding FFA members headed to Seneca East High School for the District Job Interview CDE. They were able to compete at the district level after placing 1st or 2nd in the sub-district job interview at Crestview on November 1st.

Paulding had the following members compete at districts: Senior Caydence Rue,  Junior Jamy Hunt, Sophomore Grace Goyings and Freshman Addy Hunt. These members prepared a formal cover letter, created their own resume and gathered references.

The students picked out a job position for which they wanted to apply. The students had to fill out a job application, then had a formal interview and completed the contest by writing a follow-up letter. This contest prepares students for future job interviews.

The members did a great job at this competition with Freshman Addy Hunt in 2nd place, Sophomore Grace Goyings finishing in 1st place, Junior Jamy Hunt in 2nd place, and finally senior Caydence Rue placing 2nd. Great job representing the Paulding FFA Chapter and good luck to Grace Goings as she competes at the State Job Interview Prelim Contest on November 19th! The Paulding FFA Chapter very proud of you!
