Successful Wine Tasting at Old Masonic building

Theresa Stoller, David Burtch, and Cassie Jo Arend. Each station had different wines and sometimes promoted other small area business. Cassie Jo was promoting her new venture as an independent consultant for Rodan & Fields, Prescription for Change.

The Friends of the Paulding Chamber of Commerce hosted a wine tasting on June 8 for fun and fellowship, and as a fundraiser. The drive behind this event was Theresa Stoller and David Burtch.

The event started at 7:00 p.m. and continued through the evening as people came and went. The location of the wine tasting is a historic landmark in downtown Paulding and is being renovated LARON HODGIN. In a previous life it was the Masonic Lodge building.

This year’s wine tasting Event Sponsor was Tri-County Roofing. Other sponsors included Ace Hardware, Bashore, Reineck Stoller & Waterman, Inc., CoRP – Community Revitalizing Paulding, First Federal Savings & Loan, Rodan & Fields – Cassie Jo Arend, The Gardens of Paulding, Paulding Putnam Electric Cooperative. 

The Wine Tasting was a remarkable success once again this year in this annual event showcasing wines from around Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio. 

All funds raised go towards downtown revitalization in the Paulding community. Many volunteers made this possible, making a great community event!
