U.S. Senator Husted Recognizes Paulding Veterans Memorial Dedication

The dedication of the new Paulding Veterans Memorial received recognition from the United States Senate through a commemorative certificate presented by U.S. Senator Jon Husted.
In the certificate, Senator Husted praised the memorial as a “meaningful and lasting tribute” honoring the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. He noted that the memorial, located in downtown Paulding, recognizes all branches of the military, Gold Star families, Wounded Veterans, and those who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of the nation.
The senator also commended John Paulding VFW Post #587, the Memorial Committee, volunteers, community partners, and everyone who contributed to making the project a reality. He recognized their dedication to preserving the legacy of local veterans and described the memorial as a reflection of the Paulding community’s commitment to honoring those who have served.
