Miss Emma McMaster and Miss Gabriella Stahl are this year’s recipients of the Janice Lipp Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship was started with the intent of honoring Mrs. Lipp and her many years of teaching at Paulding Elementary. Miss McMaster and Miss Stahl will both be continuing their education in the teaching field.
COLUMBUS, Ohio –Emma McMaster, a Paulding High School Senior was awarded $2,800 through the Louise Freeland Scholarship provided by Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives.
