Premier Bank recently donated a check for $5,000 to the Bryan Area Foundation. The funds will be used for the Lincoln Park Inclusive Playground.

“The Lincoln Park Inclusive Playground is being built to provide a place where children and families of all physical, mental and social abilities can learn, play and grow together,” explained Amy Miller, President & CEO, Bryan Area Foundation. “Incorporating the “seven principles of universal design,” the playground will include ramp entry points, a poured-in-place surface, braille and picture communication boards, a flush-to-ground merry-go-round, zip line, expression swings and more. With the help of our community partners like Premier Bank, we hope to break ground and begin construction this fall.”

“We are proud to support the Bryan Area Foundation as they work provide a safe play place where individuals of all ages and abilities can learn through play and enjoy the freedom to interact with their peers,” said Trish Gelsomino, Foundation Giving Coordinator, Premier Bank. “Together we can spread kindness and make our community stronger!”
