The founder of Safe Haven Baby Boxes, Monica Kelsey of Woodburn, IN, will be a guest speaker at Antwerp Branch Library on September 18th at 5:30 p.m. She will be speaking about her book, Blessed to Have Been Abandoned: The Story of The Baby Box Lady and the Safe Haven Baby Boxes. The first Safe Haven Baby Box was installed.
