Antwerp Police Reports

The Antwerp Police presented their reports for publication to the community.

On April 10, a resident reported being threatened or attempted assault and asked for it to be documented. 

On April 11, a resident of High St. reported a possible littering complaint. 

On April 14, a call came in from a local business. The police responded to the employee at the location and said that she had been harassed over the last several years by her ex-husband. It was found she was not a resident of the village and was referred to the Sheriff’s Office to help her.

On April 16, a resident of Daggett St. reported that his ex-girlfriend threw eggs at his house. A report was prepared and sent to the prosecutor.

On April 17, a resident of Daggett St. reported that his ex-girlfriend had trespassed on his property. A report was prepared and sent to the prosecutor.

On April 17, a resident of Frank Leinard Mobile Home Park called and requested an officer because she and her boyfriend were having an argument. Nothing physical occurred. A report was prepared.

On April 17, a semi-truck was east bound on Canal Street, striking the guard rail. The vehicle continued on without stopping. A report was prepared.

On April 19, an officer assisted the Antwerp EMS at the Park Avenue Villas. 

On April 20, a resident of the Park Avenue Villas reported an unwanted person at the apartments threatening people. The officer responded and talked to all involved and sent a report to the prosecutor’s office.

On April 21, a two motor vehicle accident was reported on Canal St. The officer responded, prepared a report, and issued a citation to one of the drivers.

On April 22, a black Samsung smart phone was found on Buffalo St. Contact the Police Department and give description if it might be your phone.

On April 22, a resident reported that her six year old son was assaulted on the school bus by an eight year old.

On April 23, a resident of the village reported suspicious, possibly drug-related, activity at her neighbor’s residence.

On April 23, a resident at work called and asked an officer go to their residence and check on his teenage son for truancy. 

On April 23, an illegally parked semi-truck/trailer was parked on Cleveland Street. The company was contacted. 

On April 23, a domestic dispute was reported at the North Garden Apartments. Prior to the officer arriving, one of the parties had left.
