Richard Lynn Fulk (Rick), age 72, passed away, 23 August 2023 in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born 1 February 1951 in Payne, Ohio where he was raised until he was drafted in March 1971 and discharged from the Army March 1972. He lived in Antwerp, Defiance, and Fort Wayne after discharge.
A Celebration of Life will held September 17, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. At the Payne American Legion Post 297.
