Patrick Troyer visits Divine Mercy School

Last week Patrick Troyer from the Paulding Soil & Water Conservation office visited Mrs. Baldauf’s kindergarten classroom.  He talked about seasons, weather tools and different types of weather. They did an experiment of making a thunderstorm in a cup.  They used shaving cream, water, and blue food coloring. The thunder came from the kindergartners who made the thunder by hitting the table. They watched as the rain (blue food coloring) came down through the clouds (shaving cream) in the water.
