On Thursday, April 26th, varsity baseball action ramped up on the Raider field with the Hicksville Aces. Hicksville started the competition by scoring 4 runs in the 2nd inning. The Raiders made a comeback attempt in the 4th scoring 5 runs, but that was after the Aces clocked in 1 in the 3rd and 4 more in the 4th. Raiders claimed 2 more runs in the 5th but that wasn’t enough to add another win to the Raider mound as they conceded the win to Hicksville. Final score: Hicksville 10, Wayne Trace 7.
