Huge Success: 38th P.A.S.S. Basketball Marathon

Good Times Saloon 2nd PlaceThis year’s 24-hour Basketball Marathon hosted 106 teams in 7 divisions of play. The Marathon successfully raised approximately $7,200.00. The Marathon Committee & Paulding Area Support Society would like to thank everyone for the continued support in Paulding Counties great sports spectacular. The Marathon also received a $200.00 donation from Antwerp V.F.W. this year which was a great surprise on top of all of the many team sponsors that continue to help make this event such a success. The Marathon Committee would like to thank the hundreds of volunteers that helped make this long weekend possible for so many wonderful years.
Minitots Division:

1st place: Hooker Enterprises with 36points; 2nd place: Divine Mercy School with 10 points

Tots Division:

1st place: Divine Mercy School with 43 points; 2nd place: Antwerp Exchange Bank 39 points

Sportsmanship: Payne Super Valu

Mini-youth Division:

1st place: Paulding Napa True Value with 50 points; 2nd place: Williamson Insurance Agency with 47 point

Sportsmanship: Grosstrotters

Youth Division:

1st place: Benschneider Auto with 76 points; 2nd place: Prestige Worldwide with 72 points

Sportsmanship: Jamaican Hopscotch Mafia

St. John Tire 1stWomen Division:

1st place:  St. John’s Tire Service with 35 points; 2nd place: Good Times Saloon with 27 points

Co-ed Division:

1st place: A-Trains a Pimp with 96 points; 2nd place: Soiux City Curry’s with 76 points

Sportsmanship: Baughman Tile

Mens Division:

1st place: The Linder Clan with 122 points; 2nd place:  The State Bank with 121 points

Sportsmanship: Susie’s Family Bakery; Sportsmanship: Michael Mott DDS

The traveling plaque was given to: Chase Holt
