Heavy Snow is causing travel problems and power outages.
Weather Conditions/Closing. Due to deteriorating weather/driving conditions, the Paulding County Carnegie Library system will not open this morning, Wednesday, March 12, at the normal time. Conditions will be reassessed and a determination will be made later this morning as to whether the system will open late or at all. The safety of our patrons and staff are of utmost importance. Fines will be waived for those affected by today’s storm with books due.
