Timothy L. “Tim” Neer

PAULDING, OH:

Timothy L. “Tim” Neer, age 54, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at his home in Paulding. 

Tim was born on November 11, 1971 in Paulding, OH to Terry and Linda (Dempsey) Neer. On March 26, 1992 he married Tina Gaskill. Tim worked for Hartzog’s Lumber and Supply for 15 years. He loved playing softball, shooting pool, and woodworking. He was a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. 

Tim will be sadly missed by his wife, Tina Neer, Paulding, OH; mother, Linda Neer, Paulding, OH; daughter, Dovie (Tiffany) Neer, Fort Wayne, IN; stepson, Dewey (Hailey) Barajas, Van Wert, OH; stepdaughter, Katrina Barajas, Fort Wayne, IN; brother, Greg (Becky) Neer, Paulding, OH; sisters: Deb (Gary) Fisher, Payne, OH; Pam (Chris) Rosswurm, Payne, OH; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. 

Tim was preceded in death by his father, Terry “Sleep” Neer. 

Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Monday, October 5, 2026 at Den Herder Funeral Home. 

Memorial contributions may be made in Tim’s memory to an organization of the donor’s choice.
