Breaking news is the 410 Sprint Car world this week. World of Outlaw Driver Kasey Jedrzejek has been released from Bill Rose Racing. In his media press release, Kasey expressed he’s grateful for the opportunity and racing experience Bill Rose gave him. He also thanked the team for their hard work and his car sponsors. He’s currently looking for a new race team to drive for. Kasey is currently in 13th place in the World of Outlaw points. I will add Bill Rose Racing press release was a little different than what was mentioned by Kasey.
Thursday, August 27, Kokomo Speedway IN-The USAC AMSOIL Sprints are at the Bullring for the Kokomo Smackdown, night one. Fifty Sprints registered. Kyle Cummins won opening night and the $6,000.00 paycheck. Justin Grant and Cale Coons made the podium.
Friday, Aug. 21, 2026, ATTICA, Ohio –The first 15 laps of Fridays 410 Feature looked like the race would belong to Zeth Sabo and then Cale Thomas and Parker Price Miller took over and waged an epic battle. They took turns trading slide jobs and exchanging the lead several times over the last several laps. Thomas was able to hold on for his second win of the season at Attica by just .017 seconds over Miller. Cap Henry came in 3rd to round out the podium. Cale Thomas now has 8 Attica Feature career wins.
Ryan Missler ended his 2026 drought. The five time Attica Late Model Champion has been shutout of Victory Lane all season. That came to an end Friday in a caution filled 25 lap Dirt UMP Late Model A-main. Missler took control when the green flag dropped and led the first 10 laps. Todd Brennan slipped by on lap 11. Missler took the lead back on lap 12 and drove to his 21st career Attica win over Brennan, and Devin Shiels.
In the 305 Winged Sprint Feature, Jake Hesson led the first three laps of the A-main but spun out, and Kasey Ziebold took control. Ziebold stayed out front until lap 14 when Brenden Torok slipped by and drove to his second career Attica win and his second victory of the season at the track. Ziebold was 2nd and Bryan Sebetto 3rd.
Saturday, August 22nd, Lawrenceburg IN, the USAC Thunder Midgets returned to the Burg. 25 drivers were able to make the 20-lap feature. Ian Creager took a commanding lead at the start. After a wreck brought out the red flag, Creager began to fall back. Tyler Nelson made his move. Luke Hall moved up and the two raced side by side trading sliders. On lap 7, they caught up to traffic, which Tyler used to his advantage, widening the gap between himself and Luke. A lap 16 caution closed the field. Tyler got a good restart and pulled away from Hall and lead the remaining laps and taking the checker. Luke Hall finished 2nd, and Matt Lux 3rd.
Saturday, August 22nd Angola Motorsport Speedway-Feature winners: Late model Jason Timmerman, UMP Modifieds Johnathan Gatton, Street Stocks Tyler Clark, Outlaw FWD Brandon Barcus and FWD Hornets Joshy Jones. The track has 2 races left in the 2026 season.
