Payne Elem. Battle of the Books Winners

Payne Elementary held their school wide competition for Battle of the Books on April 11. The following students will be competing at the Fairgrounds in Paulding on April 28 for the County winner: Scarlett Neff, Grace Ringler, Mailey Stoller, Krandon Crites, Lucas Ross, and Kaden Creighton-Smith.

Local Students Awarded Scholarships

Three students of Paulding County schools  were recently awarded a scholarship by the Northwest Ohio Consortium of Coordinators of the Gifted. They each were required to submit two recommendation letters and an essay outlining how this award would support their passions in a field linked to their area of gifted identification.
