Operation K.A.V.I.C. Receives $2,500 Grant from Keith Hubbard Family Fund

Operation K.A.V.I.C. (Keller Assists Veterans in Crisis) has received a $2,500 grant from the Keith Hubbard Family Fund, a fund held under the Defiance Area Foundation umbrella.
