Friends of Independence Dam State Park Receives $5,000 Grant

Congratulations to the Friends of Independence Dam State Park for receiving a $5,000 grant during the Defiance Area Foundation (DAF) spring grant cycle. This grant was gifted from the Capital Projects Fund, held under the DAF umbrella. The grant will be put towards the continued fundraising of the new park pavilion, as well as for the upcoming AM250- Ohio Walk Through History Event taking place on August 8th and 9th.
