Defiance Area Foundation Awards $5,000 Grant to LifeWise Hicksville

The Defiance Area Foundation has awarded a $5,000 grant to LifeWise Hicksville during its 2026 Spring Grant Cycle. Funding for the grant was provided through the Hanna Family Memorial Fund under the Defiance Area Foundation umbrella.

The grant will help support the purchase of a transportation bus for the new LifeWise program serving Hicksville Exempted Schools. The bus will provide transportation for participating students and help ensure the successful implementation of the program within the community.
