Country Inn Enhanced Living Center Announces New Medical Director, Expanded Therapy Services

PAULDING — The Country Inn Enhanced Living Center is expanding its commitment to quality care with the addition of a new medical director and enhanced in-house rehabilitation services for residents.
Beginning in July, the assisted living facility will welcome Dr. Nigel Hogan as its new Medical Director. Dr. Hogan, a family physician serving the Paulding County area, brings a passion for compassionate, patient-centered healthcare and a commitment to supporting residents, families, and staff through quality medical leadership.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to care for the residents of Country Inn and to partner with the team in fostering a warm, respectful, and life-giving community,” Hogan said in an introduction provided by the facility.
Outside of his medical practice, Hogan enjoys spending time with his wife, Maya, and their four children. He said family life keeps him “joyful, meaningful, and full of adventure.”
In addition to welcoming Dr. Hogan, Country Inn has partnered with Midwest Rehab to provide in-house physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. The rehabilitation provider has served communities throughout the region for more than 30 years and now operates an on-site therapy office within the facility.
According to Country Inn officials, the partnership allows residents to receive therapy services without leaving the facility, making treatment more convenient while helping improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. Midwest Rehab develops individualized treatment plans focused on ambulation and daily living activities and also offers outpatient and in-home services for community members.
The rehabilitation team accepts private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Affairs coverage, and workers’ compensation. New patients can often be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours following insurance verification and approval.
To introduce the community to these new services and partnerships, Country Inn Enhanced Living Center will host an open house on Thursday, June 18, from 4 to 7 p.m. Visitors will have an opportunity to tour the facility, meet staff members, and learn more about the care and rehabilitation services available to residents.
Country Inn Enhanced Living Center is located at 12651 County Road 82, Paulding. For more information, call 419-399-2345.
