Habitat for Humanity of Paulding County is seeking a partner family for its 10th home, which will be completed shortly on Water Street in Paulding. Habitat for Humanity offers partner families a hand up not a hand out. Partner families are given a zero-percent interest mortgage and must complete 250 “sweat equity” hours for Habitat.
Partner families are responsible for the home’s insurance, maintenance, utilities and taxes.
