Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church Prepares for Christ’s Birth

Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Antwerp is preparing for Christ’s birth during this season of Advent. Advent suppers are December 13 and 20 at the church at 6:00 p.m. A brief church service with hymns follows at 7:00 p.m. 

The Woodburn Lutheran School teachers will be preparing and serving the meal on December 13. Everyone is welcome to come out and support the teachers and stay for the service. 

The children and youth of the congregation will be presenting the message on December 17 at 10:15 a.m. Christmas Eve morning service is at 10:15 a.m.; the candlelight evening service is at 7:00 p.m. on December 24. The community is welcome. Mt Calvary Lutheran Church (LCMS) is located at 3497 Co Rd 424  west of Antwerp. Rev Mark Peters is pastor of the congregation.
