It’s official the Paulding Exempted Character Academy has hired Schimmoeller Construction Inc. of Kalida to build the Paulding Exempted Character Academy Oakwood building! Thank you to the outpouring of support from the Oakwood Community the PECA Oakwood building has received enough funding to begin construction. Small steps have been completed so far, but now it is time for big movements, keep your eye on the Oakwood property because things are going to start happening!
