Antwerp softball hosted Ottoville Big Green at Archer Field on Thursday night, May 4th. Both teams had a slow start to this spring afternoon game with no runs scored in the first 2 innings. Bottom of the 3rd is where this game really got started — 3-0 for the Archers. Then the Archers score a big inning in the bottom of the 4th with 7 runs, Big Green just adding one to their side scoreboard in the top of the 4th. Antwerp held tight in the final inning, and added one more run making a huge win in the final scoring, 11-1.
