The Kiwanis Club of Paulding County was privileged to have Trooper Wes Ditto (Van Wert Post, Ohio State Highway Patrol) as the guest speaker at the March 9, 2023, club meeting. Trooper Ditto came at the invitation of Jane Gray (Kiwanis Club of Paulding County Member). Trooper Ditto spoke to the Kiwanians about the new distracted driving law that will take effect April 3rd. He said it will be a primary offense and will carry up to a $150 fine and 2 points for the first offense.
