The Kiwanis Club of Paulding County was privileged to have Roy Klopfenstein (82nd Ohio House Representative) as the guest speaker at the January 19, 2023, club meeting. Roy came at the invitation of Dave Burtch. Roy told the Kiwanians about his election journey and first weeks as a State Representative.
