JPHS Festival of Trees Concluded Saturday

Display JPHS trees: A young visitor is mesmerized by an animated display at the John Paulding Historical Society Festival of Trees in Paulding. There’s plenty for kids of all ages to see and do at the festival, open daily through Saturday.

The annual Festival of Trees at John Paulding Historical Society had a successful run with hundreds of visitors enjoying holiday decorations, live entertainment, meals and activities.

There were more than 70 decorated trees, nativity scenes and an incredible array of holiday decorations old and new in three buildings. Four large model train layouts in Barn 1 and Barn 2 and a pedal tractor display.

It was Penguin choir practice on the stage at JPHS during Festival of Trees – not sure how much practice took place by these mischievous penguins!

Visitors had the opportunity to add an ornament to the Memory Tree, bid on more than 80 items in the silent auction, take a photo at the two photo booths and buy a raffle ticket for the OSU Raffle. Kids can try the Mouse Hunt. Don’t forget to sign Christmas cards for U.S. service men and women.

Many business, private citizens, and organizations and clubs decorated trees for this annual Festival of Trees – West Bend News’ tree is the middle tree pictured above!
