In 2009, Shawn started Roofing Innovations after earning both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education and honing his skills serving in administration at Van Wert City Schools. In 2013, Neal began full-time contracting, as he owned and operated Mighty Deity Construction, offering general construction services after focusing on his vocational schooling and developing his mechanical expertise. In 2016, the brothers decided to join forces to establish Deitemeyer Brothers Roofing & Construction.
