Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting in Paulding

Paulding Chamber Welcomes Elecia Wobler and Keepsake Beads by EAW & Boutique

Last Thursday, August 5, Keepsake Beads by EAW & Boutique opened up at the corner of Williams & Perry Streets in Paulding. The new business started by Elecia Wobler is open to the public and is ready for business. The store is lovely inside with much of the original building in tact, built over 100 years ago.

Wobler began making the keepsake beads nine years ago after her mother passed away. By word of mouth her business began to grow. She now works with 10 funeral homes in the area, including Dooley, Oberlin, Heitmeyer, and more.

“A couple of months after my mother passed, my husband presented me with a beautiful piece of jewelry that had been made with my mother’s funeral flowers. The feeling that overcame me was so memorable. It was as if my mother was in the room with me, embracing me, letting me know that I was going to be ok. That piece of jewelry helped me cope in a way I never thought was possible.” Noted Wobler.

Along with the keepsake beads, Elecia has setup a boutique of modest, fashionable clothing to appeal to every generation. There are dressing rooms to try on the clothes just for you! Elecia and her staff is ready to help you in many ways!

There are four employees working in the business including Elecia and her husband, Brandon.

Elecia and Brandon have two children, Zach and Jake, both of whom attend Wayne Trace.

Elecia stated that her goal is “Keeping memories to last a lifetime.”

The store in Paulding is open M-F 10-5 and Saturday 12-6. Be sure to stop in and check out the Keepsake Beads by EAW & Boutique in keeping Paulding a growing community!
