EACS WELCOMES NEW DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL SERVICES

The EACS Board of School Trustees recently approved Mrs. Cassie Lepper as the new Director of Special Services. Mrs. Lepper has worked as a pre- school special education teacher, an elementary (K-6) special education teacher, and most recently for the last 7 years, has served as a program supervisor for special education. She has a master’s degree in special education with a license from Ball State as a Director of Special Education. Additionally, she has worked closely with the previous administration and has gained experiences working with numerous building administrators, teachers, and parents. This experience has prepared her for what is to come with her new position. She is a firm believer in continuous learning and knows she will continue to grow and develop in this position. She plans to participate in new director training that is provided by the IDOE. Mrs. Lepper said, “EACS students can expect that I will always put their best interest at the forefront of the decisions made.”

Mrs. Lepper started her new position on July 1st.
