Paulding County Health Department Announces Changes in Services in Response to COVID-19

With cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) confirmed in Ohio, including cases that have come from community spread; Paulding County Health Department will be making additional changes in services to promote social distancing. 

The following changes are until further notice: 

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Paulding County: WIC will continue services and benefits. Please call the office at (419) 399-2621 to confirm before arrival. 

Immunization Clinics: Immunization appointments have been postponed. The Paulding County Health Department will notify the public when immunization clinics resume. 

Birth and Death Certificates: Birth and death certificates will still be issued from our office. The Paulding County Health Department will be offering mail service to limit in person contact. Please mail in your request with a check or money order for $25.00 

Environmental Health Services: Walk in service will no longer be available. Permits and licenses will still be issued as required by Ohio law. Individual water samples can be dropped off at the health department for testing.
