Vantage Students Attend Farm Science Review

On Thursday, September 24th, 2019, the Vantage Ag and Industrial Power Technology and Construction Equipment Technology programs attended the Farm Science Review in London, Ohio.

The Farm Science Review is an agricultural event at The Ohio State University’s 2100 acre Molly Caren Agricultural Center which showcases current and new technology. Attendees can talk with business representatives, participate in activities, and buy tools. ​There were over forty acres of educational booths and exhibits relating to animal science, plant science, and agricultural mechanics.

Vantage senior Ag students shared what they enjoyed about the trip. Brady Emans (Crestview) said his favorite part of the Farm Science Review was “learning about Case IH’s new equipment.” Preston Browning (Parkway) stated, “I liked learning about joining a statewide Allis Chalmers group.”

The Farm Science Review is held annually in September since 1962. Each year over 40,000 people visit this event that is hosted by The Ohio State University. Altogether, 56 Vantage students and staff members attended The Farm Science Review.
