The rain held off and the sun shone as the Woodburn Lions had a beautiful day to pick up trash along St. Rd. 101 south. The Lions were assisted by special help from members of Woodlan FFA. Lions present were Fritz Meyer, Shane Mumma, Linda Wunderlin and Monna Gerig. Lions Bob Buuck and Clarence Reichhart drove a pickup truck to pick up full trash bags and deliver new bags. Approximately fifteen bags of trash were collected as well as several large items that wouldn’t fit in the bags.
