An Angel’s Heart Begins A New Start
Josh Buerkle is a 2016 graduate of Antwerp High School. Last year he experienced heart failure and underwent surgery to have an LVAD pump implanted to assist his heart. He has been on the heart transplant list for 13 months. Funds raised will be used to offset current expenses, expenses related to the pending heart transplant, and subsequent expenses for post surgery doctor visits.
The benefit will be Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. at VFW Post 5087, 105 Railroad, Antwerp, OH 45813. There will be a bake sale, silent auction, 50/50 raffle and a free will lunch.
