Recently, the EACS Board of School Trustees recognized Tobyn Smith, Leo High student for being named the 2018 4-H High Achiever!
The Allen County Fair is all about 4-H and Tobyn has been participating in the program for nine years. His favorite 4-H projects includes Swine and Sheep because he gets to connect with the animal which makes them and himself better.
