Antwerp Police Reports for August 22

At the end of July officers of the Department met with the Sheriff, EMA Director, Antwerp EMS and Fire and the school administration and the School Resource Officer for making plans and preparations for a school emergency. The plans were reviewed and updated and made sure that everyone knows where the safe zones are and what outside agencies would be contacted in case of emergencies. The meeting was very good and what each agencies’ job is. With school beginning, it ensures that teachers and staff know they are in good hands if such a situation would come up.
