The East Allen County Schools Board of School Trustees recognized and honored Mr. Leland Etzler former board member who recently resigned from the board in January. Dr. Ken Folks said, “We will certainly miss your passion for our students and families. Your hard work and dedication will always be remember and we appreciate you!”
Etzler has been in education over 40 years. He has served as a teacher, coach, and was a 2 term board member until Tuesday, January 3, 2017. He always says, “I do what I do for kids”. Mr. Etzler we salute you for your years of service, your hard work and dedication to our students and staff at East Allen County Schools!
Mr. Etzler’s wife Gayle will finish his term. In attendance during this recognition were his wife, children and grandchildren.
