On Thursday, July 7, Armando Guiterrez returned to Antwerp to visit the Antwerp Rotary Club. Armando was an exchange student from Mexico through the Rotary Exchange Program during the 1999-2000 school year. He currently works for John Deere Mexico. He brought his wife to meet some of the generous families who hosted him during that time.
