Lola A. Myers, 85, died Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Community Memorial Hospital, Hicksville.
Born on April 1, 1931 in Hicksville, Lola was the daughter of the late Don and Glenus (Otis) Evans.
Lola was a 1950 graduate of Hicksville High School.
On May 12, 1952, she was united in marriage to Davis Myers and he preceded her in death on March 14, 1990.
Lola was a member of First Church of Christ, Hicksville. She worked at Dietrich Industries for 20 years, retiring in 1995.
Lola is survived by three sons, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Myers, William Myers, Mr. & Mrs. David (Pete) Myers; a brother, Robert (Joan) Evans; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and her dog Missy.
She was preceded in death by a brother Farrell; and three sisters, Verna, Leina, and Avanelle and an infant sister, Nola.
Visitation for Lola will be Thursday from 1-3 and 5-7 at Smith & Brown Funeral Home, Hicksville.
Graveside services will be Saturday at 3:00 at Six Corners Cemetery, Hicksville, with Steve Evans officiating.
