The Community Health Professionals family put on the 23rd annual We’ve Got Rhythm musical event at the Paulding High School Auditoria on Saturday, April 9. The school graciously gave the use of the facility to help raise funds for the important institution in this county. Funds raised benefits Visiting Nurses & Hospice Patient Care which is a not profit agency serving Paulding County Since 1979.

The institution hosted the Talent Show which started with K&S Tumblefit with the girls doing forward and back flips and lots of ambitious routines. Following was a solo by Carrie Kimmel, then Kim Hohman Danceworks took the stage. The following young girls: Alecta Baxter, Bryar Suever, Jaelyn Brown, Columbia Dempsey, Kennedy Dempsey, Isabelle O’Shaughnessy, Avery Zielke, Jailyn Flicking, Sophie Smith, and Peyton Sennebogen paraded the stag with a cute dance routine of a medley of country music.

Izzy Meyer was next with a clickity-clack clog dance, and following her was an Antwerp girls flute trio with Shayla Wieland, Julia Steiner, and Aleyha Cline.

After the intermission was a duet with Rebecca Starner, and Courtney Smith and then Dan Wilder returned to the stage (he sung the National Anthem at the beginning). He sang two songs that many people in the area would remember. Wayne Trace senior Kenzie Clemens added three songs and did a great job on these old-time melodies.

The evening concluded with the Bottom of the Barrel Boys singing a great set of songs.

Sam Hatcher was the Mast of Ceremonies for the entire evening.

There is quite bit of talent in Paulding County. Great job for all the time and support given to the Visiting Nurses!
