Join All Sport FUNdamentals on Saturday, May 17, 2014 in the heart of downtown Put-in-Bay, Ohio for a family FUN charity race event benefiting the Put-in-Bay Volunteer Fire Department & Senior Center. The morning will consist of a 5k and 10k Race starting at 9:05am as well as a 1 mile Family FUN Run starting at 9:35am. There are no age restrictions so everyone is welcome to participate in any event they desire. Strollers are permitted and any “riders” are free of charge!
The events will begin near the PIB Chamber of Commerce and will finish at DeRivera Park in historic downtown Put-in-Bay amidst the Put-in-Bay harbor and Perry’s Victory & International Peace Memorial. Participants will run throughout the beautiful island of South Bass and along shoreline cliffs with views of Rattlesnake, Green, Middle Bass and Gibraltar Islands as well as historic Lonz Winery and Stone Laboratory.

As a thank you for registering race participants will get discounts to island attractions, golf cart rentals, restaurants, pubs and ferry tickets to and from the island and will be given free transportation from the ferry dock to the event location and back anytime during the day at your convenience. You will also be able to explore parts of the island you may have never known existed and as you cross the finish line food and refreshments will be waiting for you!
