Paulding County Carnegie Library
The entire Paulding County Carnegie Library system, which includes the main library in Paulding and branches in the villages of Antwerp, Oakwood and Payne will open from noon until 5:00 on Tuesday, January 28, 2014. The Bookmobile will not be running on Tuesday due to extreme cold.
