Recently the Gold Wing Road Riders Association donated $350 to Christian Community Health Care in Grabill, IN. This is a free clinic to everyone in the community. They have served over 1,000 clients. \u201cGod has prepared us to do this work here and with the help of people like the Gold Wing Road Riders, we are able to make it happen,\u201d stated CCHC executive director, Mark Schlatter.<\/p>\n

The Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA) is a world-wide group of people who ride Gold Wing Motorcycles. The Chapter D2 gathers monthly at a Fort Wayne location to go over activities, both in the past month and the future. Other activities include riding together to tour interesting places, meeting weekly at local restaurants, meeting in homes for meals and game nights, and, once per year, holding a chili cook-off to earn money to support chapter activities and make donations.<\/p>\n

They donate to community non-profit organizations that serve the greater Fort Wayne area. This year\u2019s donations will be given to Christian Community Health Care in Grabill, St. Martin\u2019s Healthcare in Garrett, and the Ronald McDonald House at Parkview.<\/p>\n

GWRRA was started in 1977; Chapter 02 has been active over 25 years. They welcome new members who own a Goldwing or other motorcycle.
