She was raised in a home where her dad was her high school principal. \u201cIt definitely was an interesting childhood with high expectations from both my mom and dad,\u201d said Mrs. Newman.<\/p>\n<p>She attended Bowling Green State University for her first two years of college. She received her undergraduate and two graduate\/master\u2019s degrees at IPFW. She has been a teacher for 17 years. She has worked with 4th graders up to and including 8th grade students as a teacher and an instructional coach. She had the opportunity to work with kids at New Haven Intermediate, Leo Elementary, Leo Junior-Senior High, and Paul Harding Junior High. Mrs. Newman said, \u201cI have loved every experience that I have been given at EACS.
