Capitol are Jacob Ellerbrock, and Kate Murphy.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Jacob Ellerbrock of Leipsic, and Kate Murphy of Cecil were among 40 high school winners from throughout Ohio and West Virginia who visited Washington, D.C. and other points of interest June 13-19 as part of Ohio Rural Electric Cooperatives, Inc.\u2019s Youth Tour to the nation\u2019s capital.<\/p>\n<p>The week-long trip included a visit to the U.S. Capitol and other areas of historical significance.<\/p>\n<p>The students were awarded the tour in a scholastic competition sponsored by Paulding-Putnam Electric Cooperative, Inc., of Paulding, a Touchstone Energy\u00ae cooperative. The high school students joined approximately 1,600 other rural youths representing 43 states.
