Waggoner\u2019s operational experience at CMH will be an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>All hospitals have experienced declining reimbursement and increases in bad debt. Like the other hospitals, CMH will need to focus on operations and improving its performance.<\/p>\n<p>Waggoner states, \u201cI am excited to begin my tenure as CEO at Community Memorial Hospital. I love this hospital, its team members, and the community.
