\"Fit<\/a>A Fit For Faith class is set to begin on Wednesday, June 4th. The group will meet every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., and either Friday night or Saturday morning (that will be determined at our first class.). The Fit For Faith class consists of a \u00bd hour Bible study on Wednesday nights with a \u00bd hour of training following. The other evening or morning will be training. The training is for a 5K that will take place on September 7th. This is a \u201cCouch to 5K program\u201d. This does not mean you have to run. You can walk, run or even skip your way through the 5K. The classes are open to everyone in the community. All ages are welcome. No one is too young or too old. The purpose of the program is to get Fit spiritually, mentally and physically.
