She received her award on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the IASBO Annual Meeting. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.000000pt; font-family: 'Helvetica';\">Mrs. Goeglein has been the Manager of Financial Services with EACS for nearly 38 years. She is an active Region 3 member. She is always willing to help neighboring districts and is recognized by her local peers as a trusted advisor. Lois has investigated and implemented on a number of improvements within EACS (ie.
