Ouch! The first quarter was tough on the home team. Napoleon boys basketball team travelled to Wayne Trace on Saturday, January 4th. The boys game was a tight match the first quarter with the Wildcats pushing their weight around, nearly doubling the Raiders score. Opening second quarter the home team used a different strategy and put the skids on the Napoleon lead, allowing Wayne Trace to pull ahead and gain the lead for themselves. The Wildcats scored nothing in the second quarter, giving a half time score of 19-11.<\/p>\n

The second half of the game was nearly a draw. Napoleon outscored the Raiders in the third and visa-versa in the fourth quarter. Wayne Trace finished, taking the win, 45-34<\/p>\n

Corbin Linder added 3 – 3 pointers to his balance along with 3 – 2 point shots for a total of 15, Ethan Linder 7, Jake Arend 6, Devin Wenzlick 7, David Sinn 4, TJ Blackmore 6.<\/p>\n
