The Western Buckeye ESC Governing Board held its regular monthly Board meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the Paulding ESC office. Board President Mr. Nick Miller welcomed Board members and school personnel to the meeting.<\/p>\n
Treasurer Gary Ginter reviewed the current financial reports, investments and the monthly expenditures with the Board.<\/p>\n
Superintendent Brian Gerber updated the Board on Legislative Issues, Personnel items, and ESC activities.<\/p>\n
Consent Items \u2013 WBESC:<\/p>\n
A. Motion to approve the retire\/rehire contract for the Superintendent, effective for 2014-2015 as presented.<\/p>\n
B. Motion to set the Organizational Meeting for January 8, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the Van Wert office with the Regular January meeting to follow, and appoint Nick Miller as President Pro-Tem for the Organizational meeting.<\/p>\n
The Board meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m. with no additional Board action. The next regular Governing Board meeting of the Western Buckeye Educational Service Center will be on Wednesday, January 8, 2013 starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Van Wert ESC office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
