Do you know that anger is the underlying cause of most emotional disorders? When you peel back the layers of emotional disorders like depression, you find anger lying deep within the core of your soul, controlling your heart. Perhaps you\u2019re angry with yourself or someone else. Maybe it\u2019s time to let go of what you\u2019ve been holding on to for so long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Give it to God. If you give it to Him, He can fix it. If you don\u2019t give it to Him, how can He fix it? Take a deep breath and let Him into your heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scripture tells us in Luke 6:45 (NIV), \u201cA good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is stored up in your heart?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe that, in order to stay spiritually healthy, we have to do daily spiritual maintenance. We must examine our heart\u2019s motives for what we say and do. I find that doing this in God\u2019s presence allows His healing power to come in and make the necessary corrections in our hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everything requires maintenance, yes, even our hearts. So set aside time every day and allow God to work on your heart. He will have your heart in tip-top shape in no time. Satisfaction guaranteed, or you can have your old heart back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smile; Jesus loves you, and so do I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
